Which skin types are the products for?

Bubble Serum: oily and combination skin. Fluid SPF 50: oily, combination and normal skin, especially if you like a non-greasy, non-sticky sunscreen. Acne Gel: active acne, all skin types. If you have very sensitive skin, patch test first.

Can I use sunscreen after the serum?

Yes. Apply the serum first, then Fluid SPF 50 as the last step of your morning routine.

Can I use the Acne Gel with the serum?

Use the product instructions on the pack as your guide. If your skin feels irritated, reduce use and consult a dermatologist.

Where we deliver

We ship across India to all PIN codes served by our courier partners. Enter your PIN code at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp, if you are unsure whether we deliver to you.

Order processing

Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after we confirm your order. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days. Remote locations can take longer. We will share tracking details on WhatsApp or email once your order ships.

Courier delays can happen because of weather, strikes or high order volumes. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will check with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Our approach

Skincare is a personal-care product, so for hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, or change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped.

When we will replace or refund

How to ask

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp.
  2. Share your order details and clear photos, ideally with the unboxing video.
  3. We review the request and, if it is approved, send a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After approval, they usually reflect in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. For orders confirmed over WhatsApp, we will discuss the refund method with you.

Skin reactions

Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend a patch test before first use. If you notice irritation, stop using the product and consult a doctor or dermatologist. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.

We do not store your card or UPI details. Payments, when enabled, are handled by our payment provider.
